Doon The Watter Gin


The phrase “doon the watter” is a popular popular Glaswegian colloquialism for holidaying in Dunoon, where Wined & Dined was born. So when we decided to produce our own gin, we knew exactly what to call it. Made to exacting taste standards, our gin has captured the smell and taste of Dunoon’s West Bay. All the botanical ingredients are picked in secret locations near West Bay, then taken to our production kitchen to be dehydrated, and finally they’re sent to the ethereal Isle of Skye to be transformed into a magical seaside gin.

‘Doon the Watter Gin’ is a premium, 43%vol, 70cl gin with a smooth, balanced flavour profile, expertly crafted to evoke memories of childhood seaside holidays. Elegant and crisp in the mouth, a single or double measure of ‘Doon The Watter Gin’ is best experienced mixed with Mediterranean Fever Tree tonic, and served with two ice cubes and sliced green apple. Our gin also makes an excellent aperitif for all manner of seafood dishes.
